i reset my samsung j7 prime but its not accepting my gmail account

i lost my fingerprint password and i was not even to unlock my gmail account as it was logged in both gionee mobile as well as j7 prime . so i made reset my samsung j7 prime but when i was asked to enter mobile number and gmail account .it didnt worked and it showes me again and again the same g.co/recover and i am unable to anything in it.please solve this problem.
