Samsung Cloud dont start auto

[AC Question]

I have checked auto start on Samsung cloud but back up wont start automatic. If a perform a manual back up is ok, no errors. I understand auto back up will start every 24 hrs when phone charging, wifi on and screen off. I wait for multiple days, no autobackup. I try o log out on samsung account and log in , i also try to make another samsung account. No result. Ant other settings that i dont know ?
