What is going on!!??

Hello all,
I have an lg stylo 2 and on accessibility it says 4.50.59
Well the problem is its grayed out. No way to turn it back on. What could the problem be?? I have turned it off and then back on. Nothing. Thanks for your help. This is getting very frustrating.

Hi, more info is needed - what are you trying to turn on and off? what is 4.50.59? can you create an acc with us and upload some screenshots for us to take a look at?
