My Apps download and open but after a while they won't open

When I download an app or game it's fine I can open it and use it but after a while it won't open and the icon changes to the Android logo and the name changes to have 'com.' Infront of it. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstaling the app but nothing seems to work.

An "app" showing just an Android logo is normally a shortcut on the desktop - to an app (or widget) that's not installed. If that happens by itself, either you have some app going crazy, uninstalling apps, or there's a problem with the phone (which means taking it to a repair shop and having the problem disgnosed).
