Moto G4 Plus frequent restarts

[AC Question]

My Moto G4 Plus is just two months old. It restarts on its own several times a day. Tried everything that their Customer Service asked me to do- remove all apps, factory reset etc. Finally took it to the service centre where they re-installed the software. My problem continues. Now I am getting only "Auto- replies" from Motorola, but no solution in sight. Can someone please help? The phone is good and my friends who has the same one has no problems at all. Thanks.

Did they check the battery, and also that the connections to it are good?
