Rear facing camera blurry except when very close up

[AC Question]

I have a Note 3 phone and the camera has always been perfect. I recently switched back to using it, as my Galaxy6 is too small for me. UPON reconnecting my service, the note updated to lollipop, and now my phone has intermittent focus issues. If I'm 1-3 inches from the object, the clarity is perfect. If I'm anyou further away, it's just blur.. is there a fix for this?

That's probably a coincidence - the phone has probably stopped focusing. but take it to a good (by reputation) repair shop to be sure.
