Why cant i get past "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped."?

Okay so I was in accessibility settings on my Motorola Droid Turbo and some sort of text mirror image thing was there and my four year old came and touched the screen, I didn't know what she had pressed and she pressed that. And it won't let me do ANYTHING! It won't do anything but power off, fast boot, and show the system UI has stopped message... We went the Verizon store, they couldn't even figure it out. We tried all factory resets and every setting in the fast boot mode... We don't know what to do... HELP!!
