why app run only in internal at mashmallow sys

when i install the app in mashmallow , it dosn't option to move to external storage...

Because either you set the SD card to format as internal (or adoptible) storage - which means that you have one huge storage area - internal + external are all one - OR the apps can't be moved. (NO widgets can, and more and more apps can't. [It depends on how they're written.]
