Where can I find ram usage on my samsung galaxy note 4

My phone says ram high usage but can't seem to find the feature to manage it

If you look in developer options, you can switch on the CPU usage in real time as an overlay.. Or if you have smart manager you can see it there. Or look in the application manager and you can see each app usage...

This pretty much sums up all the ways. Keep in mind, Android is designed to run high ram usage.
