I cannot connect my samsung smart phone to pc.

I cannot connect my samsung smart phone to pc. USB debugging also on. Connected as MTP. But error msg comes every pc as " You don't have permission to access this device." Then I reset the phone. But nothing worked. What can I do? Is there any virus in my phone?

One of two things it seems. First, there is a app on your device with administration permissions that is keeping the phone from being read. Does the device have more than one user?

Second, the administrative account has outside drives blocked. Is this pc your personal PC or work pc? Maybe public pc?
