screen overlay detected on all my android phones. how do i et rid of it for good? please help

im using two of my phones for gaming a Oneplus 3 and a samsung s6 edge. they both have the screen overlay detected problem and i cant play my game cos i dont have permissions. it tells me to change the setting for screen overlay. i agree it takes me to screen overlay in settings apps but my games not there to change anything. i was screen recording my games with mobizen just fine the other day now i cant use that app either. everytime i press record it locks my screen. please help me .
