Why has my Samsung Note 3 suddenly stopped being able to play my videos taken on my Note 3

Why has my Samsung Note 3 suddenly stopped being able to play my video. Just says cannot play this video. OK There is no other info given I have tried to find references to this problem by searching online but haven't found a solution. Can anyone help please?

Hi, are the videos stored on the phone or an SD card? if it's an SD card the files could have became corrupt.
