My note 4 got water damaged and now it's charging but won't turn on

I dropped my note 4 in the sink. I took it out and since it happened it's been sat in a bowl of rice. It's now charging and showing the battery but won't turn on. This is a
massive improvement on how it was....any ideas?

Water damage is progressive so even a device that works is likely to fail sooner. There may have been a short which fried a component in the motherboard but that is just guessing as anything else would be. It needs to be examined by a repair shop for a diagnosis
