How do I fix my Samsung Tab 4 sound?

I have a Samsung Tab 4, I've had it for more than two years now. A couple of days ago, the sound was really low in my earbuds when the volume was up all the way. I fixed that by shutting it down for a minute. Yesterday, I used my earbuds again but the sound was mostly in the right side. There was some sound in the left, but mostly the right. I used the earbuds on my mom's Chromebook, and they were fine. I used them on my tablet again, still uneven. I checked the Chromebook, it was fine. I was watching the same thing, I want to know if there is anything I can do. Don't tell me to get a new part, can't do that.
