Flash is not in sync with photo capture?

[AC Question]

I have a Galaxy S5 Neo. Trying to take a photo with flash on. The flash goes off, then it takes the picture after and I just end up with a black picture.

Hi, are you taking an image with poor lighting? it could be a delay with the picture being taken due to this. Does the issue happen in good lighting?
