After Adaptor Popped. My Samsung Galaxy J7 2015 is Stuck On!

I Was Using An Old Adaptor And My Bluetooth Headphone's Free Cable. So It Was Actually Fine But This Night It Popped. After That. The Flashlight Was Stuck On! It Said On Google That We Can't Fix It! We Tried Everything! Restarted It. Shut It Down, Capture A Picture, We Tried Resetting it But It Hanged. It Only Displayed Shutting Down. But On The Background. It Works. I can Even Open The Notification Panel But I Just Powered It Off. We Removed The Battery And The Phone is now lying flat letting the heat grow cold.
