Kindle and Drive aren't in app drawer, so can't move to home screen.

Both apps are listed in my app manager, neither are disabled, yet neither appear in the app drawer. Since they are not in the app drawer, I cannot move them to the home screen. The only way I can get to Kindle is to go through the Google Play store, where is shows as installed, and open it there; likewise, I have to open Drive through my Google account through a browser.
