How do I do call forwarding to my secretary when I'm with a client on my Samsung Note 4 Android?

When I'm with a client, I want to forward my calls to my secretary on my Samsung Note 4 Android phone. How can I do this?

On the Note 5 (which should be similar) open the phone App., select the more menu in the upper right corner, select settings, then more settings. From there, select call forwarding and make your changes but to make the switch more user friendly, look in the Play store for a more streamlined application with a widget.
