How can I fix my galaxy note 5?

OK, so my Galaxy note 5's screen is really messed up since yesterday. It got slightly wet yesterday, but it was working fine. I kept on using it for the day and even charged. But then at some point, I pulled it out and the screen was a complete mess. It has lines across, and the bottom part is on top, while the top part is at the bottom. I thought some water might had gotten in, so I put it in rice (last night). It has been there ever since, I tried using it today to see If it was solved but it is still there. Please help me!
