Just got an lgk10 and since day one when i tried my lg backup i get the unfortunately com.lge.bns has stopped.. I may be getting the last three letters mixed up, but i think you'll know the message.. Anyway, had my phone four days and try multiple times a day and get the same message.. Everything else on the phone is fine.. Just wondering how i can get to my lg backup to get the old info off my old phone that Google didn't save.. Thank you
