Security update failure on Anroid

[AC Question]

I own an LG K7 from MetroPCS with the Quadrooter bug. For months the security updates load for 30 sec and crash with the message,"error downloading security update"
Please can someone tell me what to do and how to do it? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
My software ver is: MS33010e
API22
Model # is:
LGMS330
Build # is:
LMY47V
VER=5.1.1
but security is 5.0

I ran a quadrooter detection app said my android K7 was vulerable. I did a factory reset and in safemode- didnt work. It tried to update this morning agagin the same thing. Crashes!! Please any other ideas

Thanks for trying to help. First things first, my malware/ vulnerability checker said I was vulnerable to quadrooter and needed security patches which keep failing. I have tried factory reset and safemode. What else can I do? Please

Reflash the stock ROM. (You do have backups of all your important files, right?)
