Galaxy s7 text messages not typing correctly

Hi,

I'm recently having an issue with my galaxy s7. When I type in the text message box characters are being adding automatically or being entered incorrectly.

for example, if I attempt to Type 49.9% instead i will get 49..9, it adds an extra . Often as well if I'm tying and press a letter a different one that I pressed appears. For example, I can hit a "P" and a "t" appears instead. Or, I'm typing Sept 7th and I get ssep 7 instead.

I don't know why this is happening.

I was having this issue with SwiftKey for a while. It's been gone for a while now after a few updates.
