Car doesn't pass phone security

I just bought a 2017 Hyundi Elantra I am using a Samsung Galaxy s4 5.01 lolly pop and the latest android auto software. When ever I plug the phone into the usb port the car says that it can not connect and the phone says the car did not meet the phone security. an help would be great. Thanks Roxanne

Bring both the car and the phone into your Hyundai dealer's service department and ask if they can find a service bulletin that will clear up the problem.
