Error code 65536 Google Messenger

[AC Question]

I just recently started receiving "error code 65536" when sending texts from Google Messenger on my Sprint Galaxy S7 Edge.

What does this code actually mean? Has my text been sent and received? This just started happening this morning, only to one receiving number, and it has happened a couple of times. Has my number been blocked? Or is there another issue?

It doesn't really mean anything. 65536 can also be 0, depending on how the code is written (and, since I didn't write Messenger, I can't tell you for sure.) Turn the phone off, let it sit for a few seconds, then turn it back on. If that doesn't fix it, create a free account here, then come back to this thread and let us know what happened.
