Pdf print only captures what is on screen and not entire document. how do I fix that?

Have a document, when I go to print, it automatically comes up with a screen shot of only what is is able on the screen, not the entire document.

Some apps print the screen, some print files. Look for one that will print a file without having to put it on screen, or one that will print the file even if part of it's on screen. Foxit MobilePDF printing through Cloud Print (you share the file with Cloud Print, and it prints) should print the whole document.
