S3 Charging Problems

[AC Question]

Recently, I acquired my sisters Samsung Galaxy S3. I gave it a factory reset and then installed CyanogenMod 13. I also ordered a new genuine battery. However upon putting it in and trying to charge it, the phone charges super slowly, like 5% in 2 hours. Is there anything else wrong with it?
