I Erased Everything and Cannot Flash Stock Firmware Via Odin!!!

[AC Question]

I am wanting to get a handset exchange for my Galaxy Note 5 at T-Mobile. I didn't want to leave any possible trace that my phone was rooted with a custom rom so I wiped everything: cache, dalvik cache, data, system, and internal sd card. I went about downloading the correct firmware, the latest odin, and proceeded to flash the device. It keeps failing.

I've used all the usb ports of my computer but the same cord (as I don't really have another). The log for my odin fail is:

Can someone tell me how to get it to pass? I really need this done very soon as I need my phone for work. Should I have not wiped everything? This is simply frustrating and I just want it resolved. The Note 5 is the only phone that has ever given me trouble with Odin.
