S6 permission error after deactivate build-in applications

AC Question

So I got this issue after upgrading to Marsmallow, app that required permission refuse to running. Contacted the service center and they suggested me to factory reset my phone. after reset, it back to normal but if I deactivate build-in apps like facebook, chrome, or microsoft apps, my phone back to refuse give permission. Is it normal to happends? Anyone else experienced the same thing? I really wonder what apps causing this problem or this is Samsung way to make me use said apps? Perhaps someone can give me an insight? Thank you very much
