Samsung galaxy s4 mini won't turn on

So what happened was my phone started updating, then the battery died, and now when I try to turn it on it vibrates but all I get is a black screen, I have tried connecting it to a pc with no result. Any Ideas?

Any solution?

Can you get into dl mode by pressing and holding vol-, home, and power?

Contacted Samsung. They have asked to do the same, with no success.
There is no life from the S4 mini apart of the small vibration, and the PC does not recognize the device.

Samsung Customer Support said to go to a Repair Shop and to pay for the repair.
