Can't copy cut paste files in my files Samsung galaxy s5

I cant copy cut and paste files in my files on Samsung galaxy s5. I have tried cashe delete and I cant copy cut and paste files when I connect my phone to computer. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you.

Which OS? On KK they made it where apps don't have permission to use the external sd. If you are on KK and rooted there is a fix for this that can be downloaded from the playstore .

Or put the card into its adapter, then plug that into a USB card reader, and plug the card reader into the computer. (Windows doesn't know KitKat+ rules - a file can be copied and pasted anywhere unless the card itself is defective.)
