I have a Samsung galaxy j3. But it is constantly telling me I'm running out of space I currently have only about 3 extra apps besides the ones that come with the phone. I did realise however that I have 3gb worth of miscellaneous files on my phone after trying to delete this it is still evident that they are still there when I check my stor agent. Any suggestions on how I could clear up my space please? I only have 69.78mb worth of storage left.

Age old question. If you have a quart bottle with 32 ounces of milk in it, how do you pour more milk into it? You pour some out first.

The same thing with the phone - to add files or apps, you delete some first. (Misc files are the data the apps are keeping - if you delete them, you delete the data that the apps need.) The phone has 8GB of internal storage, of which about 4GB is used by Android, so you have about 4GB left. Documents, music, pictures and videos, among other things, are all stored there. (You can store them on an SD card if you want to free up that space - and if you formatted the SD card as external storage.) But an 8GB phone is considered about the smallest usable phone today - you can't actually store many apps on it.
