My Verizon SIM card stopped working .

I have a Version Droid Maxx phone . My SIM card has stopped working . I take it out and put it back in and it works most times . This happens about 5-6 times a day . Why is it doing this and how can I fix it .

Have the SIM tested.
If good, have the SIM tray tested.

I'd bring it to a Verizon company store (not an associate store) and ask for a new card. (Scanning the card and putting it into your phone costs more than the card is worth, so the larger carriers will swap good for bad for free.)
