Galaxy A3 frozen and restart is not helping, is there anything else I can do?

Touch screen on Galaxy A3 is unresponsive have tried the power button and volume it just restarts it which doesn't work. Tried the Power, volume, and home but just goes into Odin mode

Hi, once in "odin mode" are you able to boot in safe mode?
