How do i reset my default ringtone to norm

So I downloaded an app to get ringtones and I accidently set a sound to my default notification sound and I can change the sound but i can't turn it off to default sounds that the apps use

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? Can't you set the notification sound back in settings - sound & notification? You could try clearing defaults for that third party app and then try again.
