Why does my LG phone emit soft high pitch noise from ear speaker?

I bought my LG stylo 2 plus today, and right out of the box, I noticed it made this noise after I got off of the phone with someone. It is very faint, constant high pitch sound. You cannot perceive it unless the phone is within 12 inches of the ear. It stops when I turn off the screen or turn off the phone. I've tried restarting my phone. Nothing works.

Any help? I may take it back to the store

Hi, best bet would be to take it back to the store, not worth the risk of it getting worse over time.
