Turn off wifi causes reboot

[AC Question]

Samsung Galaxy S4 Lollipop 5.0.1. When I turn off wifi my phone restarts. Also, if I leave wifi on and leave range, it locks/freezes the phone.

Guess I'm the only one with this issue, bummer I suppose I could remove all my running apps and see if that helps.

Well I stopped all my add on running apps, no help. Oh well, it keeps my phone rebooted regular

Any ideas of best troubleshoot method?
