I've looked all over the internet and my phone WILL NOT access my WiFi, which it very willingly did ALL the time prior to the 30e update. At first I thought it was because I accidentally hit the "battery saver" indicator by accident when Avast came up, but that was also right after I updated my phone to 30e.
I saw some freakish video saying to shove a piece of an old credit card into the back of my phone, but the camera in the video looked nothing like mine. I've done all the take the card out, take the battery out, rebooting there is. NOTHING is working. How do I take my phone back to the previous Android software release?
