Themes all of a sudden not working on my HTC One M9

[AC Question]

I've had no problems in the past with Themes, but now it's not working. It seems to have started with my update to version 3.41.651.31. None of my created themes are loading. When I pick them, it just made my wallpaper a distorted picture. I uninstalled my updates to Home Sense app and updated it again but that didn't fix it. I created 2 new themes, but it doesn't load them when I try to apply them. Please help!
