Phone Updated & Completely Changed Layout, How do I get it back to how it was before?

HI my samsung galaxy s6 just updated and now I can no longer add widgets or modify my layout to how I prefer. I can no longer make folders for the apps, and there is an entire page for me to add contacts to which I don't like but I can't remove any of these pages anymore. There are plus signs all over the screen for me to add apps to but I don't like that either. I just want to find a way to get my phone to the way it was before because it is a lot more frustrating to manipulate now.

Hi, it sounds like you have enabled easy mode or something like that.
