Huawei Y6pro - when 4G on no voice network available

Hi.
Huawei Y6pro in Australia on ALDI carrier.
Have set to 4g/3g/2g and 4G data works but can't make our receive calls. If I restrict to 3g/2g only. Then 3g data works and cellular voice works as well.

Any help would be appreciated

Have you checked first with the carrier that the SIM is good?
