I have a Samsung Android tablet with MS Word installed - and it works fine except for one particular Word Document that won't open at all. It opens OK on my laptop, but not if I try to open it from Sync.com (cloud-based folder), although there is abso;utely no problem with the other Word documents in the same folder. I even tried changing the name of the file with no success.
When I try to open it, the usual message comes up saying it's 'working on it', but then just reverts to the Word home page.
I even created another test document on my laptop, put it in sync.com, and it opens fine on my tablet. There's something about the errant Word document that the tablet doesn't like, but similar documents open perfectly. It's quite a puzzle.
