my keyboard is missing..i can't even log in to google account...please help me..

im using lenovo A369..before it was fine..then my niece mess with it.i dont even know what he did.when he gave it back to me it was factory reset...so i try to log in to my account again but i can't,cause the keyboard is gone.i tried to go to the setting and went to language and keyboard but the input method is unknown..i don't know what to do..please help me..

Welcome to Android Central! You could try connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG cable to at least get you past the sign-in. Then try to install another keyboard app (or use the Google Play Store website on your computer to remotely install the keyboard app).

So you're saying that you don't get the keyboard in Safe Mode either?
