On my Note 5, I've had an issue for some time where if I'm on a call, and someone else calls in, the sound switches. For example, if I'm on speaker phone talking and a call comes in, I don't answer it either, the sound switches to the earpiece. If I'm on the earpiece and someone else calls in the sound goes to the speakerphone.
I don't know if this has always been an issue, but I did notice it starting to happen when I installed Bluetooth in my car. If I was on the phone talking and went to start my car, it would try to switch it over, then I have to go through and figure out where the person is talking to me, so I can switch it back where I want. It's really annoying.
