Cannot log-in, reset device (new?)...

[AC Question]

Just arrived this RCA Viking Pro 10 Tablet with Andriod ver 6.0 (Marshmallow)

This is a used device as it is linked to a Google account. Only that account owner has access to the account ID and password. That account should have been removed before you bought it. There is no work around
