why the vivration is low in panasonic eluga note?

In traveling I put vibration mode, if call comes slightly vibrate sense at the time of holding on hand, at the same mobile put in shirt pocket no sensing of vibration, I bought this mobile in last week. How to rectify it?

Go back to the retailer. It may be the vibrate is working correctly or there is a fault. They should be able to compare it to another handset
