Is there a way to change that damn ""periscope"" ""annoying bird noise"" notification sond ???

I wanna get rid of it, and, replace it with, something else!!
I have hooked my phone up to my puter plenty of times, and, looked al;l around on the inside of my phone, but, to no avail...

Anyone else wanna chime in on this on how to ""get rid"" of that damn bird noise???? Haahhahaah it sounds like the bird from twitter is tweeting!!!
