Why does my Gs7 make loud alarm noise and buzzing at least twice a day when not even using phone?

Took phone to sprint guy couldn't figure it out. I only have the preset apps plus Wwf & candy crush downloaded on phone so not sure what is causing the vibration buzzing or alarm. Turned off anything I could find on vibrate, still happens twice a day
