I just bought a new HTC Ten (unlocked- from HTC) to replace my HTC One M7. My T-Mobile plan includes WiFi Hotspot, which I have used frequently on my M7, however the capability seems to be missing on the unlocked Ten. Is there a way to restore this feature?

    Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

Hotspot is not usually an app on unlocked devices. Carriers put them there.

See if you can do it in Settings - Wireless and Networks - More - Tethering and Mobile Hotspot.

Terminology may be slightly different as that's on international versions.

Or just install tethering from Play. It's just a software router - they almost all work the same way. Try some of these - most of them are free.
