Anyone know if Samsung Pay is available on the Gear S3 for Canadian users?

I have been able to install Samsung Pay on my S7 Edge and successfully make purchases using my phone. However, I dont' see any option within Gear Manager to enable Samsung Pay on the S3 watch.

Is there anyone in Canada able to make purchases using their S3 watch or is this feature not available yet on Canadian S3s?
