I have one contact that I cant receive texts from in a group message. When this person sends something everyone else gets it but all I get is a separated message from them with a try again option (which never works).
The odd thing is, this originally started happening when she got a new android phone (LG). At the time I had a windows phone and thought it was my end but when I switched her to a different message app and it started working.
However, I just got a new S7 and once again cant receive group messages from her. Direct messages work fine also.
I tried going into my phone and reset to defaults the APN then reboot but that didn't help. I also tried other messaging apps on my end and delete.re-add her as a contact.
Any idea what else I can try?
